Got Out The Good Camera

I was deadheading the yellow cone flower in the front yard (which is 7 feet tall!) over the weekend, and was amazed by the diversity of visitors in the garden.  Who knew?  so many different critters even in a city!  2 different praying mantis, huge grass hoppers, bees from  2 inches long to 1/8 of an inch long…

  2. Nice gallery! And yes, lots of diversity out there in our gardens — it has been an especially good year for butterflies I have observed.
